Session 1- Deep Dive Coaching Session
In this session we work to determine your career goals and needs and to discover what is so amazing about you. Together, we will create a customized plan for assessing your career goals and make a map for how you get from here to there. We determine what sets you apart from others.
Sessions 2 and 3- Individual Career Coaching
During the next two sessions, we will review progress on goals and documents (if needed). Valerie will provide further personalized individual coaching and counseling based on your career needs.
You will leave these sessions feeling empowered to make positive changes in your career and know what steps you need to take to move forward; you will feel less stressed and anxious about your career path because you will have a plan, and you will recognize your value.
